FLOW (THE GLOW YOU LEFt BEHIND REWORK)
When NEOCLASSICAL MEETS CINEMATIC DRUM & BASS
A new rework of Flow, originally composed by Jonathan Fitas, is now available. This version by The Glow You Left Behind introduces a subtle Drum & Bass framework to the original neoclassical track, adding rhythmic depth and electronic textures while maintaining the intimate tone of the piece.
“As soon as I heard Jonathan's first single Flow, I immediately knew that I wanted to do something with it. I was instantly drawn in by the melody and the rich, delicate textures he crafted. I kept returning to it, again and again, unable to let it go. Eventually, I reached out, asking for his blessing to reimagine it through the lens of The Glow You Left Behind.”
The Glow You Left Behind is the electronic moniker of Paris-based composer Nicolas de Ferran, whose work blends cinematic Drum’n’Bass, lo-fi textures, and neoclassical influences into immersive, emotionally resonant soundscapes. A Berklee-trained composer, he has written music for major TV networks including BBC, Disney Channel, and France TV, scored several video games such as the indie hit They Are Billions, and collaborated with brands like Google, Salomon, Guerlain, and Universal. He also leads personal projects such as the electro-acoustic duo ANKO.
Jonathan Fitas’ original track Flow has surpassed 50,000 streams in just a few months, becoming one of the early focal points of his upcoming project Leap of Faith. This rework expands its sonic landscape, offering a new perspective shaped by Nicolas’ electronic depth and rhythmic approach.
The release continues to broaden the musical world around Leap of Faith, a project centred on transformation, memory, and quiet resilience.
